This is so funny. A lady in my psychology class had a mushroom like this and I was so fascinated, but to actually see it on film/camera is even better. Wow you did an excellent job with your photos.
I like the one with the trees in the background more, it creates more depth.
I would love to see you take this into a "studio setting" and light it in interesting ways. Think of the pepper.
